We help young people realise their potential - creatively. This means we use young peoples passions and interests as a vehicle to personal growth, this could be arts, sport, music, writing, or anything that they are passionate about. We take the things that they are already excited about, and use them as a tool to develop all areas of their life.

We deliver training and facilitation, 1-1 & group coaching to young people across Liverpool.

Our aim is to offer expert development and support to young people, who primarily come from challenged backgrounds for example, care system, social economic challenges and mental health & well-being issues such as trauma. We utilise our expertise and experience in supporting and empowering young people on topics such as, but not exclusively; improving employability, building confidence, being more resilient, improving communication and in general helping to realise their potential.

The primary beneficiaries can be broadly defined as - young people (16-25) from underserved backgrounds (including those facing socio-economic challenges, histories of trauma, care backgrounds etc, social isolation, discrimination etc.). We engage them in meaningful development, supporting them to reach their full potential.

At the individual level, our activities are designed to bring young people together in group settings, fostering strong relationships and a sense of community across underserved areas. By investing in the personal development of individuals aged 16 to 25, we will be supporting them at a crucial stage of transition from the structured environment of education, towards independence.

At a community level, we believe that by nurturing better individuals, we contribute to creating better spaces and communities. This ripple effect is so big as to be immeasurable.
